Oscuropolis: Dark City of the Deep Desert

Known as the Dark City of the Deep Desert, Oscuropolis is a long-abandoned ghost city, fallen into ruin. It was built by the ancient human tribes within the pit of a wide canyon ringed by ragged sandstone peaks, so it is virtually invisible from a distance across the smoldering sands that surround it, with ready entry only through its twin gates. Only foul things dwell there today. Many explorers never return.
