The Schenectady Wargarmers Association

is pleased to announce that we are now accepting events for for 2023 Council Gaming Con 42, our annual three-day gaming convention. Submit an event by August 9th, and you'll get free admission to the entire convention. Submit two events by the deadline, and you'll also receive a free 2023 Council Gaming Con 42 tote bag in [Blue with White lettering]. To submit your event(s), visit our TableTop Events site [http://www.swa-gaming.org/Council.php] 2023 Council Gaming Con 42 is being held Friday, September 22, through Sunday, September 24, at Proctors in Schenectady, New York. We look forward to seeing you at Council this year!

Code of Conduct

We expect Council Gaming Con attendees to treat others and be treated themselves with dignity and respect.

Unacceptable behavior by attendees includes – but is not limited to

– obscene language, racial or other slurs, physical threats, and acts of violence. Anyone who sees or hears an attendee engaged in unacceptable behavior should notify Council Gaming Con staff, who will address the situation as we deem appropriate. This may include asking the person to leave (with or without a refund) or even referring the matter to the proper authorities.
