Con of the North is requiring all attendees provide proof of vaccination or exemption to attend the convention, and all attendees will be expected to wear a mask in Convention space when not actively eating or drinking.

All attendees must provide proof upon picking up their registration packets or purchasing on site registration. Proof of vaccination should be provided by the actual card, a photocopy of the card, or a high resolution photo that the Magnetron on Duty deems legible; without such proof, the Magnetron on Duty will turn the attendee away.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the health and safety of all attendees. No exemptions of this policy will be made, and as such, individuals who are not eligible for vaccinations (ages 0-4) would not be allowed in the convention space.

This policy does not guarantee health and safety for the attendees, and each attendee in physical attendance recognizes the risks inherent of COVID-19 and other transmissible illnesses.

This policy will be amended as needed based on new information due to COVID-19.
