Please plan to join us for Cold Wars 2027 from February 4th thru February 7th.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor Registration opens on November 9th.

To view an Exhibit Hall image, select Venue under Attend, and then select "Lampeter (Exhibit Hall/Tournaments)" from the dropdown.

Event Submission

Submission of Events (e.g. games, seminars, etc.) opens Nov. 9th. The deadline for submissions to be eligible for a Game Master badge* (HMGS Members Only) and inclusion in the Convention Program is Dec. 21st.

Requests for "large" tables and special requests must be submitted by Dec. 1st.

Events (e.g., games, seminars, classes, tournaments, etc.) placed on the schedule can be viewed by clicking the "Events Schedule" item on the dropdown menu under "Attend" - all events submitted by the Dec. 21st and Approved will be Scheduled before Event Ticket sales open - all events submitted after Dec. 21st will be scheduled as soon as possible.

In the Schedule of Events, you can hover over the "i" to get the first few words of the session description, or click on the session "Name" to bring up the full details of the session.

Approved - but un-Scheduled - Events are only visible to the Event Host and the administrators.

*NOTE: To receive a Game Master badge you must have an HMGS membership expiring after Feb. 7th, event submitted by Dec. 21st and a minimum of 16 "gamer hours" (game length x no. of players = gamer hours).

Attendee Registration

Attendee Registration will open in two phases.

This two phase approach will allow us to:

• deal with any Badge issues
• ensure that all complimentary badges (e.g., game master, volunteers, etc.) are in the system before everyone starts signing up for games, etc...

BEFORE everyone starts signing up for games, etc.

To get HMGS Member pricing you MUST access Badge sales via the CW27 Member Badges page on the HMGS User Portal, so we can verify your Membership.

For non-Member Badge sales, there is a "Get/View Your Badge" item in the "Attend" dropdown menu (above).

Youth (18 & under) and Non-Playing Partner badges can only be added to a paid (or complimentary) Badge, so the links to add those are in the "Badge Verified" confirmation email you will receive after purchasing your Badge.

We've created a short overview on How to Register for Badges & Tickets. You MUST complete the Check Out process when purchasing a Badge, or when adding Tickets to your Badge. If you only add items to your Cart, they will disappear after 2 hours. There is also a page of TTE usage tips here, with a focus on using the Event Schedule's functions.
