A panel to discuss the importance of capturing player experiences and how archivists like myself preserve not just analog materials (such as video games, board games, etc) but how supplemental materials like oral histories help support the future memory of said game. How does one preserve a game like BoTC (where the game box itself is a small part of the game experience itself)? An open dialogue focusing on how we can best ensure the game we love exists in a form we know it, in perpetuity.
