Weekend Pre-Reg - $25.00

Game Masters (Hosts) - $10.00 - Please read below about how GM badges work at the show.

Youth (12 and under) is $2.00 and can be purchased by the parents.

Volunteers get badges free for helping with set up and tear down of the show. Please apply here to become a volunteer.

GM badges are still FREE if you submit a game or multiple games that include at least 24 hours of gaming. This is easily calculated by number of playing spots offered multiplied times game time. For example 4 players in a 6 hour event equals 24 hours. Another example is you put on 2 games with 4 players slots and a game run time of 3 hours each. That would be 8 players times 3 hours equaling 24 hours. It is totally fine if your game does not actually get its full gamers attendance, it only matters that you offered to take that many gamers. When you register with TableTop it is going to charge you $10.00 for your GM badge and then if you have no less than 24 hours of gaming time offered through your events, Cincycon will give you $10.00 worth of Concession Stand Meal Coupons when you pick up your badge.

Attendee Pre-Reg will only be available for Weekend Badges at the discounted rate of $25.00 which is our normal costing so no Increase for 2026

On-site Badges we will be offering Weekend Badges for $30.00. Friday only Badges are $20.00, Saturday only are $25.00, and Sunday only Badges are now FREE. All of these single day badges are new or returning offerings for 2026

All Tournament Attendees must have either a Pre-registered GM, Pre-Registered Weekend, or Onsite Registered Weekend Badge to participate in any Tournaments. These badges will all be a different color than any of the single day badges. If you are a tournament player we highly recommend you Pre-register for that tournament since CincyCon can only guarantee table space for pre-registered attendee spots.

There are some very obvious advantages with our new Badge Policies. If you are a Pre-Registered GM or Attendee you have the ability of registering for any of our gaming events that offer Pre-reg player slots along with registering for any of our tournaments player spots. You can pre-register for any Flea market Table Spots. You also get a FREE Limited Edition 2026 Convention Figure and a $5.00 discount on the weekend badges. All single day badges have an obvious lower costing than weekend badges and Sunday is now FREE.

Please note, some special events hosted by our vendors or tournament organizers may have an additional entry fee.

We have once again contracted with the Sharon's Kitchen for our catering needs. If you attended our shows in the past you know this means great onsite food at VERY affordable prices. What a bonus!
