Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at CinCityCon 2024! Please complete and submit this application. We will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing we will let you know.

We have moved to Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Hamilton, OH.

Just north of Cincinnati. While our convention will be in an open gym (it is a huge complex), we will be working hard to make this a secure and wonderful experience for all our vendors. The vending space will be where we are gaming and easy to see by our staff, and there will be a member of staff present at all times when the building is unlocked. Electricity will not be available at the booths spaces.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, Oct 11th, at 8:00am, but we will email you details closer to the convention with specifics.

Booth Costs/Basic Info

  • Ballroom Vendor Booth - $195 comes with 8 x 8 space, table, 2 chairs and 2 badges.
  • Regular Entrepreneur (Sold Out) - $65 Table and 2 chairs. This does NOT come with any Badges...they will need to be purchased in addition.
  • Game Designer/Demo (Sold Out) - $30 Table and 2 chairs. This does NOT come with any Badges...they will need to be purchased in addition.
