Thanks for your interest in being an Exhibitor at CinCityCon 2024! Please complete and submit this application. We will review it as quickly as possible. If anything is missing we will let you know.

We have moved to Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Hamilton, OH.

Just north of Cincinnati. While our convention will be in an open gym (it is a huge complex), vending will be closed off with screens after hours. It will be where we are gaming and easy to see by our staff. We will have two rows of vending facing each other in a row against the wall and a corridor. The back of the vending will have a barrier to separate it from the gaming area, with several access points.

Vending setup will be available Friday morning, Oct 11th, but we will email you details closer to the convention with specifics.

Booth Costs/Basic Info

• Ballroom Vendor - $195 comes with 8 x 8 space, table, 2 chairs and 2 badges.
• Regular Entrepreneur - $65 Table and 2 chairs. This does NOT come with any Badges...they will need to be purchased in addition.
• Game Designer - $30 Table and 2 chairs. This does NOT come with any Badges...they will need to be purchased in addition.
