Chaosium Con US 2026

Chaosium Con US is all about coming together to enjoy tabletop roleplaying games—especially the worlds of Chaosium like Call of Cthulhu, RuneQuest, Pendragon, and more—in a welcoming, creative, and fun environment. We want everyone—attendees, guests, volunteers, staff, and exhibitors—to feel safe, respected, and excited to be here. To help make that happen, we ask that all participants follow this simple Code of Conduct. It's inspired by the friendly, inclusive spirit you'll find at many gaming conventions, with an emphasis on common courtesy and good vibes. Our Guiding Principles

Be Kind and Respectful

Treat everyone with consideration and courtesy. We're all here to share our love of games, stories, and creativity. Listen when others speak, give people space (both physical and emotional), and celebrate the diverse community that makes Chaosium Con special.

Respect Boundaries

Always ask before touching someone or their belongings, taking photos, or recording. Respect personal space, pronouns, and any requests to step back from a conversation or activity. What feels fun and lighthearted to one person might feel uncomfortable to another—err on the side of checking in.

Keep It Safe and Welcoming

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that makes others feel unwelcome or unsafe will not be tolerated. This includes (but isn't limited to) comments or actions related to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, appearance, or any other characteristic. Unwelcome sexual attention, sustained disruption of games or events, stalking, or intimidation are not okay.

Play Fair and Have Fun

In games, panels, and all convention spaces: follow the spirit of fair play. Respect game masters, players, and their stories. Avoid spoilers outside designated areas, cheating at events, or disruptive behavior that takes away from others' enjoyment.

Mind the Venue Rules

Follow all hotel/convention center policies, including those around noise levels, props/weapons (check with staff for policy), food/drinks in gaming areas, and general safety. No illegal substances, and please keep things family-friendly in public spaces.

Hygiene and Consideration

A quick shower, deodorant, and fresh clothes go a long way toward making shared spaces pleasant for everyone—especially in long gaming sessions!

If Something Feels Off

If you witness or experience behavior that violates this code, please let us know right away. You can:

Speak to any staff member or volunteer (they wear visible badges)

Visit the Registration Desk.

We take all reports seriously and will handle them discreetly, fairly, and promptly. Consequences for violations may include warnings, temporary removal from an area, badge revocation, or bans from future events, depending on the situation.

The Bottom Line

We're here to roll dice, tell epic (and sometimes horrifying) stories, make new friends, and create great memories. By keeping things respectful and inclusive, we all get to have the best possible time. Thank you for helping make Chaosium Con US a place where everyone feels they belong. Let's make some unforgettable gaming moments together!
