The stars will again be right, as Chaosium Con UK returns for 27-30 May 2027

Chaosium Con UK will feature a plethora of gaming sessions, a LARP, VIP game sessions with Chaosium creators, seminars and panel discussions, a Chaosium Collectibles Auction, a Great Market featuring all manner of goods produced by Chaosium and our licensee family for purchase, and much more!

GM Badges
GMs who submit 12 hours of approved events will be assigned a GM Badge. Badges will be assigned prior to event registration so that GMs can enjoy being a player, too! Once event submissions open, submit 12 hours of events. Once your events are approved, we'll issue you a badge!
Volunteer Badges
Chaosium Con volunteers who are scheduled for a minimum of 12 hours will be assigned a Volunteer Badge.

Rick Meints will be hosting an Issaries Great Market “Bring-and-Buy” event. This is an informal, short duration, and small-scale market where Rick will have a selection of Chaosium tomes, zines, and ephemera from his collection available to purchase.
Come prepared to haggle over prices as Rick and his Bargain skill work to get the best deal at a fair price. All transactions will be cash only.
Would you like to demonstrate your skills as an initiate of Issares? If you have some hard to find Chaosium tomes, zines, and ephemera lying around gathering dust, email Rick and Jeremiah. We will be accepting a limited number of merchants to participate in the Great Market. Please be aware this is for Chaosium related items.
Community Content Pop Up Store The Community Content Store will be adjacent to the main shop. Choose from an assortment of print on demand community content selections from our various Community Content programes.

Refund/Credit Policy
We are offering full refunds until February 27, 2027. After that date there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
If you are unsure about being able to either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge to our show. However, we acknowledge that things happen. So, if you do buy a badge and/or special event tickets and you have to cancel after 27 March 2027, we will credit your chaosium.com account with those amounts. The only limitation on this is that the request for a credit must be received by us by 1st May 2027. After that, only special event ticket returns will be honored in person at the show. There will be no badge returns after this point. Again, if you are unsure that you can either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge.

Book a Room at Cranfield
To book a room at the venue, please email venuecranfield@cranfield.ac.uk or call (+44) 01234 754341 and quoting reference 479071 to receive the preferential rates:
Single room with breakfast: £67.00 per night
Double room with breakfast: £94.00 per night
Full prepayment will be required at the time of booking, and a two-week cancellation policy will apply.
If guests require a specific room type, such as a twin or accessible room, this must be requested when booking. Otherwise, rooms will be allocated on a run-of-house basis, and we cannot guarantee a particular room type at check-in.
Catering for the Weekend
Lunch: For 2027, a lunchtime meal deal will be available in the CMDC Bar Lounge, including sandwiches, while hot food will be available from Reggie’s Café at Mitchell Hall (just over the road).
Dinner: Dinner will be served at CMDC on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We would strongly encourage delegates to pre-book dinner when reserving their accommodation. This will allow them to benefit from the discounted rate while also helping to avoid queues or disappointment during their stay.
We understand that guests may prefer the flexibility of deciding once they arrive; however, advance bookings enable us to provide a wider variety of food, offer a smoother service and reduce food waste.
Other food There is a small Coop supermarket a short walk from the venue. It is possible to have takeaway delivered, but you need to consume it in your room or outside the venue.
The usual kebab van may also be available.
