The stars will again be right, as Chaosium Con returns in 2025, April 10 - 13.

Chaosium Con will feature a plethora of gaming sessions, LARPs, VIP game sessions with Chaosium creators, seminars and panel discussions, a Chaosium Collectibles Auction, a Great Market featuring all manner of goods produced by Chaosium and our licensee family for purchase, and much more!

The venue is the same as last year - the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at the Eaglecrest Golf Resort and Convention Centre, 17 miles west of Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), Michigan.

GM Badges

GMs who submit 12 hours of approved events will be assigned a GM Badge. Badges will be assigned prior to event registration so that GMs can enjoy being a player, too! Once event submissions open, submit 12 hours of events. Once your events are approved, we'll issue you a badge!

Volunteer Badges

Chaosium Con volunteers who are scheduled for a minimum of 12 hours will be assigned a Volunteer Badge.

Theme: 50th anniversary “Worlds of Wonder” party

Chaosium celebrates 50 Years! Come celebrate in cosplay! Dress as your favorite Call of Cthulhu, RuneQuest, Pendragon, 7th Sea, or other character. Enjoy creative expression from everything to the Roaring 20s villain, a Bronze Age hero, a swashbuckling pirate, and more!

Rick Meints will be hosting an Issaries Great Market “Bring-and-Buy” event. This is an informal, short duration, and small-scale market where Rick will have a selection of Chaosium tomes, zines, and ephemera from his collection available to purchase.

Come prepared to haggle over prices as Rick and his Bargain skill work to get the best deal at a fair price. All transactions will be cash only.

Would you like to demonstrate your skills as an initiate of Issares? If you have some hard to find Chaosium tomes, zines, and ephemera lying around gathering dust, email Rick@chaosium.com and Jeremiah@chaosium.com. We will be accepting a limited number of merchants to participate in the Great Market. Please be aware this is for Chaosium related items.

Refund/Credit Policy

We are offering full refunds until February 28, 2025. After that date there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

If you are unsure about being able to either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge to our show. However, we acknowledge that things happen. So, if you do buy a badge and/or special event tickets and you have to cancel after February 28, 2025, we will credit your chaosium.com account with those amounts. The only limitation on this is that the request for a credit must be received by us by April 1st, 2025. After that, only special event ticket returns will be honored in person at the show. There will be no badge returns after this point. Again, if you are unsure that you can either afford or attend our show, please do not buy a badge.
