Hotel rooms at the discount convention room rate of $149/night will become available later this Spring and will be open until December 28, 2025 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first. Stay tuned for details.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am daily. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card per hotel policy If you need to cancel a room, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid fees

In addition to Remington’s Restaurant and Alfred’s Lounge, the hotel will provide grab-and-go concession stations during the convention. We encourage you to take advantage of this option because the food’s good and quick between games. Also, good sales help us negotiate better rates with the hotel that keep overall costs down for everyone.
