Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

A convention just wouldn't be a convention without great vendors and sponsors. Please fill out the form below to apply to be a vendor or sponsor at CaptainCon and then select your booths and sponsorship levels.

We have a variety of vendor spaces available at different sizes and locations to suite any vendor. We also have dedicated demo table space available to purchase as an add-on to your booth to show off a game and direct customers to your booth. We also have sponsorships ranging from providing prize support to sponsoring major sections of the convention for that extra bit of visibility.

We have a 2-step process.

After your application to be a vendor/sponsor is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and be able to log in to purchase booths and sponsorships.

Note that if you are going to vend at CaptainCon you'll need to apply directly with the city of Warwick, RI Licensing Division for a Daily Vendor Permit which must be displayed at your booth. This is a city requirement that CaptainCon has no authority over. These are only issued twice per month so please apply early. The city charges $50/day for this permit. To support our vendors and partially offset this added cost from the city, we've arranged with the hotel for a special block of rooms at a reduced rate of $119/night (saving $21/night compared to the regular convention rate) available only for our vendors. We'll send you the reservation code after you've booked your booth(s). Note that there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate.

We reserve the right to refuse any vendors that don't fit with the spirit of the convention or are in violation of laws or who don't follow the convention policies.

Booth fees are non-refundable after December 1, 2023.
