You must use the convention Group Code – CON – to receive the discount. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out so make sure you get the code applied at the time of your reservation. WARNING! THE HOTEL WEB SITE WILL SHOW THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE UNTIL YOU PUT IN THE CONVENTION CODE. DON’T BE DISCOURAGED.
Discount convention room rate is only available until January 1, 2024 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am daily. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card per hotel policy If you need to cancel a room, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid fees

In addition to Remington’s Restaurant and Alfred’s Lounge, the hotel will provide grab-and-go concession stations during the convention. We encourage you to take advantage of this option because the food’s good and quick between games. Also, good sales help us negotiate better rates with the hotel that keep overall costs down for everyone.

This is our 10th year and it will be bigger and better than ever! For 2024 we're once again taking over the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, RI for three days - February 2-4, 2024.

Where to Eat:
The Crowne Plaza will have a concessions stand set up near registration during the weekend for all your “grab a quick bite” needs. We encourage you to take advantage as it’s fast and you earn Captain’s Log points.
Important Hotel Rules:
Please be considerate of other guests, especially at late hours. Not everyone is up excitedly gaming at 3am, so please keep the volume down when going to/from your room after hours. Please be considerate of other attendees by using the trash barrels and picking up after yourself.
Casual Games:
Dedicated open play tables can be found in the Grand Foyer and Rotunda Ballrooms Demo tables and tournament tables are available for casual games when not in use for events. Please be considerate and check with organizers before moving/using miniatures terrain and clear off before the next event. You can check out sets of miniatures terrain at the Captain’s Log.
