Access to gaming events is free with every paid admission to the convention. Attendees must have a paid admission to play games, use the free play area, enjoy the game library, or take part in the fun. Some events might have an additional cost.

What to expect:

Game library, free play area, Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League, Dungeons & Dragons Throne of Bhaal: War Arena Charity Event, Magic: the Gathering, board games, and more! All experience levels are welcome. If you have never played a game before and want to see what it is all about, this is the place for you. If you want to play Twilight Imperium until the sun comes up, this is the place for you.

Our sponsor xFinity has brought Capital City Comic Con 2023 attendees eSports. Included with every paid admission to the convention is an excellent selection of console video games and video game tournaments including Fortnite, Smash, and Street Fighter featuring great prizes. All eSports events are located in the main dealer hall at the Lansing Center, connected to the Radisson Hotel. You can bring your own controller or check out one for any of the xBoxes, Playstations, or Nintendo Switches available for free play all weekend.
