Badge Types

NOTE: No badges will be sold on site.

Badges must be worn and are required for access to all meeting spaces assigned to our convention and for overall security of our events.

Purchase of badges requires acknowledgement of all Policies.

Early Bird pricing for Gamer badges is $450 if purchased by December 31, 2025 - be sure to enter the Discount Code "Luthadel" (or click the discount code link) before adding the badge to your cart.

Badge vs. Ticket

We will open up the scheduling system to arrange gaming outside of your RPG campagin hours, so you may want to know the difference between a "badge" and a "ticket"

• A badge is what gets you into the convention and all events are open to anyone that has a badge. Your badge type also specifies your RPG campaign schedule (Morning vs. Afternoon)
• A ticket is a seat at the table for specific board/card/roleplaying game or event.

Note that tickets are free for all events. Though the Tabletop.Events system may say "Buy Tickets" in various places, it really means "reserve"/"get" - it won't cost you anything over or above the badge purchase.

Badges/Tickets for friends You are allowed to purchase badges for you and your friends on your Tabletop.Events account. Please review the Friend system for purchasing and giving badges and tickets to your friends.

Refunds

Refunds for badges and merchandise purchased on TTE can be refunded the full amount minus a 7% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and TTE support up until June 15, 2026. See HERE for refund instructions.
