PRICE: $100 for one 8ft table to be used Oct 31st – Nov 2nd 2025. $300.00 for Sponsorship with advertising a two badges.

Hall will be located at the Kent State University Hotel & Conference Center and be open 24hrs, so keep that in mind when setting up. Please bring a cover for your table or pack things up each day that you do not wish to leave overnight. October 31st is a set up day, so if you wish to set up with us then, you can.

Start times for most events will be at 10am on November 1st and 2nd , so please arrive earlier for any setup needed each day. Registering as a vendor will also grant you two event tickets and access to our November 1st dinner at 6:00pm for two people, any additional persons would require the purchase of an event ticket for the weekend at $50.00.
