HAIL AND WELL MET, ADVENTURERS!
Welcome to the homepage of the second annual BardiCon presented by No Holds Bard! BardiCon is a small-but-mighty regional gaming convention in association with and benefiting the Jasper’s Game Day charity. Jasper’s Game Day started out as an idea between Satine Phoenix and Fenway Jones. Jasper, the event’s namesake, lost his life to suicide at the young age of 16. He was Fenway’s gaming partner in crime. All donations to JGD go to support local chapters of the American Association of Suicidology. Learn more at jaspersgameday.com.
If you need help, don't hesitate to contact the National Suicide Hotline: Call 1.800.273.TALK (8255) or Text 741-741
REGISTRATION
Follow these easy steps to streamline your BardiCon II registration process!
1) Register for your badge. Badges are available for individual attendees for individual days, or for the entire weekend. There are Very Important Gamer (VIG) badges available also, while they last, which include additional perks. Finally, if you are attending BardiCon II for the X-Wing tournament, there are options to do that exclusively or to combine that with a 3-day badge to get the best of both worlds. For the sake of transparency, badge costs mainly go to covering our venue. Badges are available now!
2) Get merch. While purchasing your badge, take a look at our awesome BardiCon II swag! Ordering ahead of time means your merch will be ready and waiting for you at the show, and helps us keep popular items in stock. We reinvest the profit from merchandise sales to continue expanding and improving No Holds Bard and our flagship product, BardiCon! Pictures coming "SOON™"!
3) Find Lodging. There are numerous lodging options if you are traveling to BardiCon II. We're working on getting a room block again this year so you can stay on site at the Radisson if you'd like! We're also putting together a guide for lodging and parking in the area, so stay tuned for that.
4) Register for your games. All scheduled games have a limited number of participants. With the exception of the X-Wing Tournament, all events require tickets to account for spots available (X-Wing badges also register you for the tournament). Ensure you get a ticket for every attendee, for every game desired, to reserve spots. Pricing varies for events: some are completely free, some have a minor cost, and Premium & Feature events cost more. Funds from tickets help us cover various operating expenses (including GM rewards). Tickets will be available July 2020.
5) Attend. This is the best part! Meet great groups of gamers, enjoy our shared passion for games, & raise money for a great cause! 100% of the money raised from re-rolls, raffles, and silent auctions goes to Jasper's Game Day. Remember, BardiCon II is August 14-16, 2020 at the Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol! See you there!
