We started the Arizona Game Fair because we care. We care about games. We care about gaming. We care about you.
Like you, we’ve been closely monitoring the escalating spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). After some long conversations with our friends, family, staff, and the gaming community, we have made the decision to postpone this year’s Arizona Game Fair until later in the year.
This was not an easy decision for us to make. In this difficult situation, we are choosing to prioritize the health and well-being of you, our guests, volunteers, exhibitors, friends and family. The Arizona Game Fair is more than a bunch of people in a big hall.
We are working with the Mesa Convention Center to identify a future date for the event. We will contact all attendees and exhibitors with options once we work out the details. We don’t have all the answers yet, this may take some time, so bear with us.
We will be working with tournament organizers, game masters, guests and event runners to make sure that our new date is as robust as this one.
To those who have ordered shirts we will work to deliver them to you. Those receiving badges in the mail should hold on to them.
We are grateful to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and gamers who have put so much work into this event. Thank you for your continued support. It is our hope to see you all again later this year in good spirits and in good health.
