Apply to exhibit at or sponsor ArcaneCon 2026! ArcaneCon is excited to provide independent creators a place to share their games, game-related products, artwork, and more! If your application is approved, make sure to register to get your table and badges.
Vendor table costs $100 and get the following:
- 6x2.25 table
- Two badges for the whole weekend
- Early set up Thursday evening if needed
Please fill out an application. Once approved, you will be able to select a table as your vendor location. Please review the map of the Main Hall to determine the locations of each table. Make sure to complete registration to secure your location. Vendors have the option for a full table in the main hall, or Indie vendor option for sharing a table in the corridor.
Indie Vendors will share a table with another indie creator and costs $50. All Indie vendors will be placed along the main entrance hallway to the Convention, where all attendees will be able to see you. Indie vendors get the following:
- Half of an 6x2.25 table
- Two badges for the whole weekend
- Early set up Thursday evening if needed
Sponsors: Sponsorship costs $250 for a single table or $300 for two tables. Sponsors gain the following:
- Four badges
- One 6x2.25 foot table (Or two side-by-side or in an L-shape layout if selected)
- Early set up on Thursday evening,
- First pick of vending location, please include your desired table location in your application.
- Included on all promotional material
Please fill out an application. Once approved you will have access to select your sponsor option for either one table or two tables. Once you complete registration, You will be contacted to ask for your preferred table(s) location.
Partners *are sponsors who do *not have a table at the convention. Partnership costs $100. Included in the partnership is:
- Name and/or Logo on all promotional material
- Four badges with no on-site vending but may do cross-promotional events or discounts for attendees.
Must be a Brick & Mortar Business or Internet Retailer. All you have to do is fill out the application, and once approved you will be able to check out as a partner.
