Q. What is a Dragon Mark Exclusive?

A. It's a game session that is reserved for our most loyal players, and requires unlocking with Dragon Marks, our loyalty points. For more on Dragon Marks, read here: https://www.baldmangames.com/dragon-marks/

Q. How can I unlock a ticket?

A. On our Community Discord Server, use the command /usemarks ticketaccess and follow the prompts. Our bot will deduct the Dragon Marks from your account and provide you with the code to unlock your game.

Q. Why are some slots Dragon Mark Exclusives and some not?

A. While most slots of these special games are locked behind Dragon Marks, for the Author-Only adventures we wanted to give players who have joined us more recently a chance at some tickets.

Q. Does unlocking the ticket with Dragon Marks make it free?

A. No, you'll still need to pay the price of the ticket ($50 for Author-Only sessions).

Q. What if I just pay the $199 price it shows without the unlock?

A. We will be checking for this, and we will cancel and refund any tickets purchased without an unlock, but we will be unable to refund your transaction fee.

Q. Why is the cost for these tickets so high?

A. These are exclusive games that can't be played elsewhere, will never be published, and the money goes to the creator(s) of the adventure, less a small cut for us to cover our overhead.

Q. How many tickets can I buy with an unlock?

A. Only one ticket is allowed per unlock

Q. Can I redeem for additional unlocks?

A. Not for Author-Only games, they're restricted to one per player.
