What is AdventureCon?

Hosted by Meeple Academy a Northwest Arkansas 501c3 nonprofit organization, the third annual AdventureCon is happening the weekend of June 12-14, 2026 at the Rogers Convention Center in Rogers, Arkansas. From Friday to Sunday, the board game convention will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.

With last year's convention having over 600 attendees, AdventureCon is back and bigger than ever!

Things to Do

AdventureCon 2026 welcomes everyone of all ages and backgrounds to come play games in a fun and inclusive environment. Whether you're looking to game with familiar faces, make new friends, or have a great time, AdventureCon has something for everyone.

Open Gaming & Board Game Library: Check out board games from our expansive library, with over 300 games! Renowned board games, such as Ticket to Ride, Catan, Dominion, Codenames, Azul, Pandemic, and Wingspan. Try out strategy games such as Dune Imperium, Flamecraft, Arcs, and Root. Party games like Hot Streak, Long Shot, and Hues & Cues. Even new, trending games released in 2025–2026! Check out the board game library here. Volunteers will be available to teach any game.
Play-to-Win Games: Discover specially-designated board games where each play gives you an opportunity to win that game to add to your collection.

Kids Gaming Corner: A special area with kid-friendly games throughout the weekend, ready for anyone to join in and play.
Game Design Jams sponsored by Panda Game Manufacturing: Design and create a board game with all the pieces and components provided.
TWO Warhammer Tournaments sponsored by Games Explosion: Official Warhammer Age of Sigmar and [TBD] tournaments with a special badge registration. Limit 32 players per tournament.

Board Game Tournaments: Compete in Crokinole, Ticket to Ride, Codenames, Kabuto Sumo sponsored by Allplay, and more!
Speed Puzzling Tournaments sponsored by NWA Speed Puzzling: Get a team together and put together puzzles in record time!
Large Group Social Deduction: Two Rooms and a Boom, One Night Ultimate Werewolf (kid-friendly), Blood on the Clocktower sessions, and more where the villagers sleuth out the hidden roles before they disappear or time runs out.

Role-playing Campaigns: DMs (dungeon masters) and GMs (game masters) will host a variety of role-playing campaigns throughout the weekend, such as Dungeons & Dragons, Savage Worlds, Pathfinder, one-shots, and homebrews.
Miniature Painting sponsored by Meeple-A-Ton: Providing Kawna Minis from Monument Hobbies, Miniature Paint-and-Take sessions will be open throughout the weekend for attendees to paint figures to take home. All supplies are included. Ages 7 and up.

Exhibitors' Hall: Comes shop at our vendors' market with renowned board game publishers, friendly local games stores (FLGS), and local artists and makers.

Volunteering

We have a lot of opportunities to volunteer, from set-up/tear-down, registration, runners/greeters, and more. Minimum 4-hour shifts and will receive a free volunteer shirt. Volunteer applications will open early 2026.

Refunds

Refunds for badges and exhibitors booths purchased can be processed for the full amount, minus any associated fees (payment processing and TTE support) up until Monday, June 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM. After June 2, no refunds are available, sorry! Click here for refund instructions.
