As we passed back through the moons of Saturn, we suspect that something hitched a ride - so be aware. There may be a meeple among us.

We are thrilled to be back for our seventh convention this year! We are returning to Hilton Garden Inn - but this year we are moving a bit and will land in August! We will, of course, have the same great game library (with some new additions) as well as an extensive Play to Win selection. More door prizes - and another new con-long game for each attendee to participate in for even more chances to win fun stuff.

Rooms will be available for $116/night + taxes and fees. Hotel reservations can be made by calling 417-875-8850 and asking for the MoonCity Con 2025 group block - or using this link. Reservations must be made no later than July 14, 2026 to take advantage of this discounted rate.

• Attendees (Ages 14+): $60
• Veterans / Active Duty: $50
• Children under 14: welcome with an accompanying parent or guardian.

You must register/purchase a badge to attend this event!

Tabletop.Events (TTE) Account The most important thing you need to know before purchasing a badge is that you (or someone in your party) will need a TTE account, if you don't already have one. (Once this is set up, you can register for any convention hosted via TTE's platform.)

With your TTE account, you are also able to purchase and transfer badges to others (See Friends on TTE).

Refunds / Transfers:

Refunds for badges purchased can be processed for the full amount, minus any associated fees (payment processing and TTE support) up until July 31, 2026. See HERE for refund instructions.

Email News Updates

We expect to email news updates with information regarding events and prizes as well as merchandise available, etc... So please make sure your TTE account is set to allow email from TTE and convention organizers.
