2025 D8 Summit Charity Gaming Convention
The Second Year in our New Home
Join us for our 2025 show, again in the historic Post House Ballroom in Dixon, Illinois! This beautiful building offers the classiness and amenities you expect with a few additional perks including coffee service (with purchase of a D8 Summit mug), a cash bar on-site, and allowance for outside food and (non-alcoholic) drink. Several quality and affordable eateries and entertainment venues are within a short walk of the convention, ready to serve you.
There are also events at fun alternate sites around town, including Paper Escape (the area gaming store), Northwest Territory Museum, and the home of D8 Summit Charities itself!
This is the tenth D8 Summit Charity Convention, a gaming event with an international draw. This event fundraises for quality local charities as well as educational and health outreach inside the gaming community. As a fundraising event ran by D8 Summit Charities Inc., a 501c3 charity registered in the United States, all donations made at the event are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Room Block
Here is a link to book your room in our room block. We are staying this year at the Tru by Hilton location that just opened in town. It offers complimentary internet and breakfast.

By attendee request, the room block is for Friday and Saturday nights. If you require lodging for Thursday night, you will need to contact the hotel to add that evening to your booking.
