This event will be held on the weekend of March 28-30, 2025 and sign-ups will take place here on Tabletop.Events.

We will be running events based off of a block schedule to allow attendees to play Games and take food breaks.

Gaming Schedule for Friday, March 28th:

• Convention staff available starting at 11:30 AM EST
• Game Slot 1: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• 90 minute Dinner downtime
• Game Slot 2: 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Gaming Schedule for Saturday, March 29th:

• Convention staff available starting at 7:30 AM EST
• Game Slot 3: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 90 minute Lunch downtime
• Game Slot 4: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
• 2 hr. Dinner downtime
• Game Slot 5: 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Gaming Schedule for Sunday, March 30th:

• Convention staff available starting at 7:30 AM EST
• Game Slot 6: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 1 hr. Lunch downtime
• Game Slot 7: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Game Submissions OPEN at 12(Noon) Eastern on Saturday, January 4th.

Vendor Registration OPENS on Saturday, January 25th.

Preregistration OPENS on Saturday, February 22nd. Badges will be sold on premises at the Clarion Inn.

2025 shirts will be sold separately through TeePublic.
