In the case that you don't get the newsletter updates. This event is being moved. We have to cancel it and recreate it later. Tabletop.Events is planning to shutdown as of May 1st, due to the financial loss of mass convention cancelling. However, they are running a fundraiser convention to try and prevent that: Link to Con of Champions Event Page

If they do shut down, we will have to find a new site to run our convention preregistration in the fall. Our new date is Halloween weekend, October 30th to November 1st and will still be at the Clarion Hotel in Shepherdstown, WV.

About Us:

1d4Con is a "by fans for fans", gaming convention. We are currently going into our 8th year and strive to bring the best gaming experience we can offer to the area.

We know that this COVID-19 situation is scary and uncertain. We are trying to remain positive that by May 15th, things will be starting to get normal again. If things have gotten worse, we will make the call to cancel the convention and refund money back to Vendors and badge holding attendees.

• Vendor Application submissions opens January 11th, 2020

  • Submission deadline is End of April or All Tables Have Been Sold
    • All Vendor Tables have been sold.

• Game submissions opens January 11th, 2020

  • Submission deadline is End of April.

• Preregistration and Game Sign up open March 21, 2020

  • Registration and Sign up deadline is End of April.
    • T-shirts will be available for purchase until the mid-April on our Merch page.

Convention Schedule

Friday, May 15th:

• Convention opens for registration at 12:30 PM.
• Vendor Hall opens at 1:00 PM
• Game Slot 1 - 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Game Slot 2 - 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• Vendor Hall closes at 8:00 PM
• Midnight is a HARD STOP

Saturday, May 16th:

• Convention opens for registration at 8:00 AM.
• Vendor Hall opens at 8:30 AM
• Game Slot 3 - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Game Slot 4 - 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Game Slot 5 - 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• Vendor Hall closes at 8:00 PM

Sunday, May 17th:

• Convention opens for registration at 7:30 AM.
• Vendor Hall opens at 7:30 AM
• Game Slot 6 - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Game Slot 7 - 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Vendor Hall closes at 2:30 PM
• 5PM is a HARD STOP
