EXPLORICON 7 - January 3-4, 2020

Exploricon 7 is a two-day, game-filled extravaganza scheduled for January 3-4, 2020. We are returning to the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Fitchburg, Wisconsin for two full days of tabletop gaming.

Convention badges and food packages are available! Badge prices are $20 per day, and there is a Friday evening option from 5pm to 10pm for $10.

Badges

VIG Badges are available for all tickets types for a $25 premium (i.e. a 2 day badge will be $65 instead of $40 for the base badge). The VIG badge includes a sweet t-shirt with this year's art logo on it. This year's design is a pair of frost giants heading into town for a bite and was made by fellow gamer and all around awesome person, Oscar Merida. The shirts are fitted, so if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size larger than normal. The t-shirts will only be available with a VIG badge, they will not be available for purchase separately. In addition to the t-shirt, VIGs get a head start on signing up for events. VIGs will be able to register beginning on Saturday, December 7th, 2019 at 10am Central time while event signup for all other badge types opens on December 14th, 2019 at 10am Central time.

VIG badges will only be available until December 13th, 2019.

We don't want to overlook young gamers, so we are offering discounted youth badges. Youth badges are $10 per day. VIG packages are available on youth badges as well for the same $25.

Food

Outside food and drink are not allowed at this venue. All food must come from the catering or the hotel’s on-site restaurant. We will be offering catering for a late morning meal and a mid-afternoon meal on both days. Food packages are available for Friday and Saturday and can be purchased under the "Buy Food Packages" or "Buy Merch" category when you buy your badge or added on later. It would help us out a lot if you could purchase your food packages as early as possible. It is possible to order food the day of, but only if we still have extra slots available.

The exact food orders are still being determined with the catering company, but here is what we did last year (this year's will be similar):

Last Year's Friday Food: Bagels and Cinnamon rolls for breakfast at 10:30am and a pasta buffet for a late lunch at 2:00pm. (Dietary restriction options are available, please purchase the Dietary Restriction food package.)

Last Year's Saturday Food: Bagels and Donuts for breakfast at 10:30am and a taco buffet for a late lunch at 2:00pm. (Dietary restriction options are available, please purchase the Dietary Restriction food package.)

GAME SUBMISSIONS

Do you have a new game that you are itching to play more of? Are you excited about showing off a game that is an old favorite? Run it at Exploricon! We are looking for game masters to run board games, card games, roleplaying games, and more! Submit your favorite game today!

When you submit a game, we ask for a mobile phone number. This is not a publicly displayed field, we will not give this information out to anyone. It is only visible to you as the event submitter and to the Exploricon organizers. We would like to collect this information in case there is a reason to get a hold of you during the convention because of changes to your event. We really don't want to call you unless we need to speak with you.
