ROCKY MOUNTAIN CON/TACTICON Dealers room information

Each Vendor is responsible for obtaining any required licenses from the State, City or County. All collection and reporting of taxes in accordance with local regulations are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Information is available from the State of Colorado at http://www.revenue.state.co.us and from the City of Aurora and County of Adams at http://www.denvergov.org/treasury/.

Each Vendor is responsible for their own insurance. Rocky Mountain Con/ Tacticon is not responsible for losses, damages and claims. The Vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims which may arise from the Vendor’s activities on the Hotel premises The Vendor will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocky Mountain Con/Tacticon and the Hotel, as well as both their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Minors will be attending Rocky Mountain Con/Tacticon. Each Vendor is responsible for assuring that materials openly displayed are suitable for viewing by minors and that potentially harmful merchandise is stored and displayed out of reach of consumers.

Rocky Mountain Con/Tacticon will make reasonable efforts for the security of your goods and safety of your personnel while in the Dealer’s Room. The Dealer’s Room will be secured and access limited during times the Room is closed to the public. This is neither an admission nor an assumption of liability on Rocky Mountain Con and Tacticon’s part. Each Vendor is ultimately responsible for its merchandise and personnel while at Rocky Mountain Con/Tacticon or in the Dealer’s Room.

There is no smoking or otherwise burning objects within the Dealers Room at any time.

Dealers will be placed at the choice of the Dealers Room Liason. Please fill out the form question of ideal layout so that we can appropriately put your booths in the best configuration for you.

Dealers may play audio devices at moderate volume. The Dealers Room Liaison reserves the right to determine the definition of "moderate volume".

Dealers shall not sell material which is deemed offensive or inappropriate. The Dealers Room Liaison has the sole right to determine what is or is not deemed offensive or inappropriate. Dealers who continue to sell material which is deemed offensive or inappropriate shall be ejected without warning, and without refund. Note: This includes merchandise we feel might violate applicable copyright laws; as we are not legal experts in the field, any merchandise we feel might violate copyright laws will be deemed inappropriate.

Refunds will be issued only after the convention. You must contact the Dealer Liaison before September 1st, 2017 for a full refund. Requests for refunds after September 1st, 2017 will be considered by the Dealer Liaison and the Convention Chair, but will not in any case exceed 50% of the amount paid. All refund requests must be made in writing.

Dealer set up times will be the following:

Friday September 29th from 8am-12pm

Dealers room hours will be:

Friday September 29th from 2pm-7pm

Saturday September 30th from 9am-7pm

Sunday October 1st from 9am-4pm**
