Abomination: Heir of Frankenstein

In this heavy-ish Euro game, you are a Parisian scientist tasked with building a bride for Frankenstein's monster. You have to collect your "raw materials" from recently dug graves, fresh from the gallows, or even from unwitting passersby in dark alleys. You painstakingly build parts until you have a full body. And then you get to flip the switch until "IT'S ALIVE!!!". What's not to love?
