Evercon 2022 has moved to March!!! The new dates are March 4th through March 6th.
The vendor room hours for 2022 will be:
Friday, March 4th Noon to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5th 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 6th 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Setup for all vendors will be on Friday, March 4th from 8:00 a.m. to noon. All of the vendor information and rules are posted on our website at Vendor Policy
Standard Booth: 8’ x 10’ Booth ($150 if paid before September 1st, 2021) ($175 after September 1st, 2021) There are 32 of these booths available. These spaces come with 1 table (8’ x 32”), 2 chairs, tablecloth, table skirt, pipe and drape.
Corner Booth: approx. 14’ x 19’ ($450 if paid before September 1st, 2021) ($500 after September 1st, 2021) There is 1 of these booths available. These spaces come with 2 tables (8’ x 32”), 4 chairs, tablecloth, table skirt, pipe and drape.
Electricity will be $40 extra for the weekend and payable to CWCEC upon your arrival at the convention. If you require electricity, please indicate so on the reply email that I send you after registration.
Please fill out and submit an application. Only the website link, logo and exhibitor description will be viewable by attendees. We will contact you with pricing information. Upon receiving your application, we will email you regarding number of booths, location, etc. Once we have a reply, you will be sent an invoice for your space(s) through PayPal. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be assigned your booth space(s). All booths are on a first pay, first come basis.You must login or create an account to apply.
