You must use the convention Group Code – CON – to receive the discount. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out so make sure you get the code applied at the time of your reservation. WARNING! THE HOTEL WEB SITE WILL SHOW THERE ARE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE UNTIL YOU PUT IN THE CONVENTION CODE. DON’T BE DISCOURAGED.
Discount convention room rate is only available until January 11, 2020 or until the room block is full, whichever comes first Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am daily. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card per hotel policy If you need to cancel a room, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid fees

In addition to Remington’s Restaurant and Alfred’s Lounge, the hotel will provide grab-and-go concession stations during the convention. We encourage you to take advantage of this option because the food’s good and quick between games. Also, good sales help us negotiate better rates with the hotel that keep overall costs down for everyone.

For 2020 we're once again taking over the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, RI for three days - February 7-9, 2020.
The links on this page will take you to everything you need for your CaptainCon 2020 optimal experience.
-Online badge sales and event registrations are now closed to allow us time to print out the lists for pickup. Don't worry though, you can still buy badges at the door and sign up for events on-site with the event organizers at each event's start time/location.
-The hotel room block is now closed. You may still be able to book a room at the hotel at the regular rate or get space in the overflow hotel.
