It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the cancelation of TTN 2021. With the resurgence of COVID-19, we are facing a real challenge booking and retaining speakers, with many people (understandably) feeling uncomfortable attending a large, in-person event this year.
If you have a TTN Combo badge you have two options. If you would like, you can convert your badge to a regular BGG.CON badge, and the difference will be refunded to you. Please email us by the end of this month at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to go this route.
Alternatively, you can cancel your entire badge and receive a full refund by clicking the "Refund" button when viewing your badge on Tabletop.events. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any issues with processing your refund.
Any remaining badges that have not been converted or directly refunded will be automatically refunded in full on September 1st.
If you have already made a hotel reservation that you no longer need, please cancel it or offer it up for transfer here: Hotel Transfer Thread It will not be automatically cancelled for you.
This was an extremely difficult decision to make. Thank you for your understanding during these extraordinary times. We look forward to bringing you the Tabletop Network designer's conference again sometime in the future.
